From the game (instant)

1. Open Purr and tap the gear button to open Settings.
2. Answer the quick grown-up sum to open Parental Controls.
3. Under Data, tap Delete all data, then tap again to confirm. You need an internet connection.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, write to hello@purrgame.com with the subject "Delete my Purr account" and, if you have it, your friend code (Friends screen, "My code"). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and everything in it: cats, items, Kibble and Sparkles, home, settings, age group, friend code, friends and messages. Purchases cannot be refunded by deleting the account; refunds follow the Apple or Google policies.

What is kept

Purchase records required by tax and accounting law (product, date, store order reference) for as long as the law requires, and reports you filed about other players, which we keep for safety. Crash reports and anonymous statistics are not linked to your account and expire on their own (90 days and 12 months). See the privacy policy.
