Purr

Terms of Use

Purr: Cozy Cat Home · Effective 29 September 2026 · Busy Ninja, Spain

In short. Purr is free to play. Optional purchases are fixed-price and go through Apple or Google. Be kind to other players. Virtual items belong to the game and have no cash value. A grown-up is responsible for younger players and can control purchases in Parental Controls.

1. Who can play

Anyone can play Purr. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live (16 in the EU and UK, 13 elsewhere), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the game, including any purchases.

2. Your account

Purr creates an anonymous account on your device. Keep your device secure; we cannot recover a game if the device and its data are lost, except as explained on the support page. You can delete your account at any time (how).

3. Virtual items and purchases

Kibble, Sparkles, tickets, cats, accessories and other items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They are not real money, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred or sold. Optional purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you confirm; those stores process payment and refunds under their own rules. Nothing that costs money gives a random result. We may change or rebalance in-game items and prices of in-game currency over time; items you bought with real money stay yours for as long as the game runs.

4. Playing nicely

Friends are added with codes and names come from a curated list. Do not try to cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the game or other players, or use the game for anything unlawful. We may suspend or delete accounts that do, and remove anything obtained that way.

5. The game and its content

Purr, its cats, art, music and code belong to Busy Ninja. You may take and share photos and screenshots of your cats for personal, non-commercial use. We may update the game, add or change content, and, with reasonable notice inside the game, stop running it.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Purr running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, the game will tell you before the change applies. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer in the EU you can also rely on the mandatory rules and courts of your country of residence.
